Customer Support and Order Status

Once you have placed your order with us, processing starts straight away. You will receive an order confirmation email - With full details of your order.

We will do our best to notify you should there be any unexpected delays.

Customer care and Support is purebazaar.com's top priority as every one of our customers is important to us. We aim to make shopping as easy and interesting as possible on our website.

Please feel free to offer us feedback, questions, suggestions or even your complaints and we will endeavour to get back to you with a full answer within a maximum of 2 working days. Occasionally we have busy times, however, so please bear with us in this case.

Payment

We use PayPal.com for our credit card processing and accept payment in UK£ Pounds and USD$ Dollars although you can use any credit card in any currency. Your credit card company will automatically convert the price.

PayPal.com allows you with an email address to securely, conveniently pay online. Accepted cards are Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Switch, Discover and American Express.

Delivery and Charges

We offer FREE Delivery on all products - UK - WORLDWIDE

Within the UK this is Standard Recorded Delivery Royal Mail. For an extra charge we can send the item Special Delivery.

Outside the UK we send the item Standard Air Mail or by Courier depending on where the item is sourced. This could take upto 14 days for delivery.

Customs Information

When ordering from us for deliveries outside the European Union, your package maybe subject to import duties and tax. This is undertaken when the package reaches your country. These additional charges that may occur must be borne by you. We do not have any control over this part of the delivery or can predict what it may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. If you are unsure of this please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note when ordering from us you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Our international packages will be supplied with a customs form on the package and will list the value of the contents of your order.

Please note that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift" but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Delivery Timings

Once your order has been received, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive your item after a reasonable time from the despatch time, please contact us to confirm despatch. In the event of any problems regarding your order we will notify you.

if you have ordered more than one item, where possible, the items will be despatched as one package. Therefore the despatch time may depend on the latest time of all the depatch times given in the product descriptions.

Please allow upto 7 days for delivery once despatched in the UK and upto 14 days for international delivery.
